Laycos allows you to create different types of networks

In this post, I wanted to talk about the different types of networks that you can create in Laycos.

It may sound very technical, but it all depends on what kind of project you are working on. Every person organizes their tasks in a different way, and that's why I wanted to show you how you can do this all together with Laycos without missing nothing.

This post is also aimed for our users so they can discover how potentially Laycos is.

What are networks in Laycos?

You already know that Laycos is a tool that helps you manage work and tasks, but above all, it's also a communication tool.

In Laycos all the information is structured in networks, and in these networks, you can create groups where you can communicate with different people and departments.

The networks are spaces created by users, each of them is created for some reason, this could be to organize a department, centralize communication, organize an event, manage a project, Marketing planning, etc. All communication and workflows are focused on the daily tasks of an organization, to motivate communications and to create the best teamwork.

The networks allow at any time, all those who have access, information about what is happening at work through notifications and activity.

Conversation Networks

In these types of networks, the communications are made between different users, some because they have access and others because it is open communication which means that they can receive certain information only, such as receiving or responding to information or comments.

But wait, there are more types of networks, Laycos offers its users the possibility of creating the following types of networks. Discover in this video how it works:

Email Networks

It also allows you to integrate different email accounts so that all incoming emails become information that you can manage within Laycos, you can respond to your mail without leaving the tool.

Survey Networks

Very useful for organizations that have to launch surveys, for example, to clients or employees. Through the surveys, data will be collected and can be used through the meta-forms functionality, generating spreadsheets and reports, with only the wanted information. This can be very useful if you want to receive feedback from your clients.

Digital Signature Networks

This network allows you to send requested documentation to sign digitally.
Very easy if you work with international companies and colleagues.

Office Networks

Create and edit collaboratively text documents, spreadsheets, and presentations, without leaving Laycos.

Registration Networks

It offers the client a possibility of keeping a record of documents in order to keep a check and manage documentation on a daily bases. For example contracts, invoices, requests, etc.

Open Networks

The open networks are for persons that don't belong to the organization.
This person receives a link from a user of Laycos to enter Laycos and see information or to respond, very useful for clients, suppliers, etc.

In this way, they enter in the network to talk to the right person who's managing the task, without using another communication tool.

In the next post, I will show you more of the different types of networks. It is important to know them all in order to create a new network, this will give you a structure that allows you to create the best communication tool for your company.
