Sometimes when you assign a task, it does not only depend on one person but on several. That's why the subtasks are so important to complete the tasks within an organization.

Imagine that you have an assigned task, for example: send a report to the client, and before that, there are a series of things to realize the task such as collect data, translate it, design it and then send it to the customer.
